ok! so today is going good.
Breakfast. Apple and blackcurrent squash
Lunch. Nothing

Dinner. Not yet come but am going somewhere with my boyfriend for the evening, so i shall "have dinner" out with him.
So todays pretty much nailed..
tomorrow.. i hope will be as easy as today

i met the amazing Ana when i was 11.. and she has stuck by me for 5 years.. i have recently put on weight and been eating more.. and i need to get that off ASAP!
i find it a lot easier to stay in controll when i have someone encouraging me, and helping me through the difficult times of tempation.
i am always here if any one wants some support.. or just for a general chat..
